1. Agreement to Terms
By browsing, registering for, or operating any interface provided by Zhermopultix AI, you ("User", "you") confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and unequivocally accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any stipulation, you must immediately terminate access to our systems.
2. Nature of Platform and Technology
Zhermopultix AI supplies quantitative machine-learning algorithmic interfaces designed for statistical modeling and execution assistance across digital assets, foreign exchange, and equity instruments. You acknowledge that:
- Zhermopultix AI is a software technology provider and does not function as an investment manager, custodian, broker-dealer, or authorized financial adviser under the laws of England and Wales or any other jurisdiction.
- Signals, quantitative outputs, probability distributions, and automated calculations generated by our software do not constitute regulated financial, legal, or taxation advice.
- All trading decisions and capital allocations remain exclusively under your own subjective discretion, supervision, and risk threshold.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
Use of our platform is void where prohibited by applicable national or international law. You warrant that your use of the platform conforms to all statutory provisions applicable in your country of residence. You agree not to:
- Employ automated scrapers, bots, or malicious scripts to disrupt, decompile, or extract proprietary model parameters or market feeds.
- Transmit or coordinate prohibited market abuse, spoofing, wash trading, or unauthorized network intrusion.
- Circumvent geographic restrictions or intellectual property protection mechanisms deployed on the platform.
4. Independent Brokerage Connections & Third-Party APIs
Zhermopultix AI interfaces via secure application programming interfaces (APIs) with third-party liquidity hubs, exchanges, and brokers. We do not hold client funds, custody fiat balances, or execute sovereign clearing. We hold no liability for errors, slippage, order rejections, exchange downtime, or insolvency events originating from independent third-party trading venues.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, algorithmic weights, graphical interfaces, branding, patents, data structures, and documentation remain the sole property of Zhermopultix AI. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to view and operate the user dashboard solely for personal, non-commercial analytical use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zhermopultix AI, its directors, developers, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of capital, missed trades, slippage, latency overhead, network outages, or hardware incompatibilities. Software components are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free execution.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zhermopultix AI and its corporate officers against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized access, or misuse of market analytical tools.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, their interpretation, and any non-contractual obligations or claims arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection regulations prescribe otherwise.
